Diamond Hazelton was founded in 2008 as a boutique consulting firm with the promise of delivering better conversion rates to e-commerce and lead generation websites.

We specialize in:

  • Increasing conversion rates with user testing and site testing (using Google Website Optimizer)
  • Employing Google Analytics to analyze and benchmark conversion
  • Merchandising and Marketing (including social media) to improve conversion rates

carlCarl Diamond – Founder   Carl retired as a Vice President of Smith Barney in San Jose, California in 1998.  At Smith Barney he worked with individual and corporate investors, specializing in 401k plans.  In 1998 he invested in an online motorcycle accessories business as a co-founder with a minority interest.  It was here that he got the “religion” of conversion optimization, ultimately founding Diamond Hazelton to spread the word.  He is a strategist, by nature, and deeply enjoys helping people reach their business goals.

martyMarty Diamond – Co-Founder   Marty retired as a Vice President of Smith Barney in San Jose, California in 2000, where she consulted with small to large corporations on their 401K plans.   She handles the analytics and customer service sides of the business.   Marty received her B.S. degree in Business Administration from UCLA.  She is a member of the Web Analytics Association.  In her spare time she enjoys playing duplicate bridge.

rozRoz Biles – Business Development   Roz is a business and management professional with 30+ years of sales and marketing experience, closing business, building and managing client relationships, business development and strategic planning.  Roz has led collaborative development teams for GMAC, Kodak, Citicorp, Belo Corporation and Sony among others.  Roz builds and manages key partner relationships, strategic alliances and leads the team that grows our client base.

shelbyShelby Sanchez – Social Media Services   Shelby is a social media marketing specialist who sees social media as a valuable tool to increase exposure and boost revenues.  Her experience includes the development and implementation of how consumer insights from social networks enhance the business goals of brand and product marketing, corporate and public relations, customer service and support, and market research.  Shelby received her B.S. degree in Consumer Science with a focus on Business and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.  She enjoys traveling, photography and salsa dancing.
