Why we’re here.

With more than 30 years of small business experience and 13 years online, we saw early on the virtually unlimited power of the Internet for converting the curious into customers. But we continue to be amazed because so many sites still fail to take advantage of techniques that will promote, measure and increase conversion rates!

We founded Diamond Website Conversion in 2008 to provide conversion optimization and marketing strategy to small business owners trying to grow their businesses and get traction on the internet.

Today, we work  with small businesses to:

  • Strengthen advertising results
  • Make landing pages work harder
  • Analyze and measure website performance
  • Implement and maintain social media strategies to improve conversion rates

Who we are

Carl DiamondFounder
After a successful career as a Vice President of Smith Barney in San Jose, California, Carl left to help start an online motorcycle accessories business. It was 1998, the Internet was growing in popularity and Carl knew that savvy marketers would quickly need to become more competitive if they hoped to succeed. He began Diamond Website Conversion in order to spread the word and help smaller businesses gain a larger presence on the Internet. What little spare time Carl has, he enjoys mentoring young entrepreneurs, reading, watching action-adventure movies and going to the opera.

Marty DiamondCo-Founder
Marty, also a Vice President of Smith Barney and a graduate of UCLA with a BS in Business Administration, consulted with small and large corporations on their 401K plans. She  leveraged her business acumen to supervise conversion optimization and analytics for Diamond Website Conversion.  When she isn’t reviewing websites and crunching numbers, Marty enjoys playing duplicate bridge, knitting and enjoying the Pacific Northwest with Carl and Scuba.
